Buyer must have a minimum of 100 m usd/euro or an active credit line
Buyer submits the following compliance documents:
  1. Client information sheet
  2. Bank confirmation letter with buyers bankers phone number, email address, and bank address
  3. If buyer is using a credit facility, then name of facility is needed
Buyers bank can contact

The custodial bank officer via phone and/or emal request for confirmation that the sblcs are in custody and have been purchase in the buyers name.
Top tier banks only based on ledger to ledger​
  • Buyer must be rwa to follow and comply with the procedures as presented without any change
